Yes, at the point where it matters. The first pass is painted by our own model in seconds — that's the preview you see for free. After you order, someone sits with the full-resolution proof and fixes what the machine got wrong before anything reaches the printer. Nothing prints until you approve that proof.
The canvas goes through a flatbed press that lays down clear ink in layers before the colour, so the brushwork physically stands off the weave. Hold it under a lamp and the strokes throw their own shadows. A flat giclée print cannot do this.
Daylight, eyes visible, taken at their level rather than from above, close enough that the face fills a decent part of the frame. A phone photo is plenty. We'll tell you before you pay if a photo won't survive the size you picked.
